General terms and conditions

1. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Prices are not guaranteed! We reserve the right to make changes in color and shape as well as technical changes that do not impair the intended use. By clicking the button “Send order” you make a binding purchase. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your order immediately after sending the order (if the e-mail address you provided is correct).

2. Delivery and shipping cost
We deliver worldwide. However, German law shall also apply to the concluded contract of sale if the delivery is made to another country. We are entitled to make partial deliveries. In the case of a partial delivery, we are going to bear the additional shipping costs incurred.

Vouchers and gift cards: free email dispatch

Redeeming conditions:

Gift vouchers can be redeemed at The vouchers are valid for all items. Purchases will be deducted from the voucher balance. Only the entire value of the voucher can be redeemed. If your purchase does not exceed the value of the voucher, please contact us to adjust the value of the voucher and create a new voucher code for the remaining balance. If the value of the purchase exceeds the credit of the voucher, the difference must be paid by another method of payment. The buyer can inform himself or herself at any time about the status and redemption of the purchased voucher at Strickstudio Christine Knoller, owner Christine Knoller. There are no fees for redeeming the vouchers.

Vouchers are not going to be paid out in cash.
The voucher code will be invalidated by using it.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are given in Euros. For deliveries within the EU all prices include statutory VAT (value added tax). Shipping outside the EU are delivered duty unpaid. We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal. Returned goods are automatically credited to the costumer’s credit balance. Consequent upon receipt of the return consignment (the items must be complete and in proper condition) a refund by bank transfer or PayPal will be initiated immediately.

4. Right of withdrawal and right to return
You can revoke the purchase of the goods within one month without giving any reasons or simply by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction. In order to preserve cancellation period, it is enough to dispatch the withdrawal or the goods in time. The revocation or return of the goods must be addressed to:

The legal Distance Selling Act applies. You can also exchange or return whole wool balls (except for special orders, reduced prices and special offers). You always have to provide postal returns of goods with full postage. The goods must be properly packed and returned undamaged. Wrong packaging or improper transport could result in (additional) damage. These would then be at your expense! If you withdraw from the sales contract, Strickstudio Knoller will maximum reimburse the purchase price already paid by returning the goods. Return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. If goods are delivered to you wrongly through our fault, the return costs will be refunded to you in full.

For custom-made garments, a right of withdrawal of the order shall apply until notification of the start of knitting. Furthermore, there is no right of return for clothing made to measure because they are worked individually according to the customer’s wishes!

Revocation and return of activated download files:
Revocation and/or return of already released download files is not possible.

5. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain property of the seller until full payment has been made.

6. Transport damages, notice of defects and warranty
Damages in transit have to be reported to and confirmed by the service provider of transportation. We endeavor to put together your order thoroughly and as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, it can happen that we might have sent you wrong or defective goods. Of course, you can always return those goods. You will have to provide postal returns of goods with full. Unpaid or only partially prepaid shipments will not be accepted. For legitimate complaints and reclamation, we will refund the postage costs. Defects must be reported to us in writing within eight days after delivery of the order. Small deviations in quality, color, dimensions, weight etc. that are technically unavoidable and common in commerce cannot be objected or reclaimed. In case of a justified complaint, the customer can choose either, a repair for free and/or partially or full exchange or, compensation of the amount invoiced for defective items (goods).

7. Data protection
In order to process our orders, we store personal data and pass them on to third parties specifically for this purpose (shipping service provider), if necessary.

8. Other regulations
Should individual or above mentioned general terms and conditions of business be or become ineffective, this does not affect the remaining general terms and conditions of business. The ineffective regulations shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
