The Merino - Color by ONline is Design-Color sock yarn. The blend of virgin wool and polyamide ensures that the knitted socks are neither going to felt nor shrink through washing them. Merino wool has a particularly fine fiber and consists of 85 percent air, which makes it so breathable. The merino sheep are so-called fine wool sheep. The term “superwash” means that the knitted socks are machine-washable.

In our basic range, we carry sock yarn in Uni-, Multi- and Design-Color. While Uni-Color is plain-colored, Multi-Color means that the design of the knitted socks will differ. Whereas Color-Design has always the same design in the knitted piece, no matter what size the socks are.

The Merino - Color wool is available in six different colors.
